Romero's Dead Films have all had their share of unique zombies who stand out from all the "normal" zombies. You always have zombies in police uniforms, zombies with missing body parts, zombies in clown costumes, etc. So out of all the unique zombies in his films, which one stands out in your mind the most?
For me it's the Bride Zombie from Day of the Dead. She appears during the scene where the zombies break into the millitary base and kill all the soldiers, and she appears wearing a dirty bridal gown that she holds in one hand so she can walk and has a veil covering her face completely. I think the veil is what makes her stand out in my mind, the zombies in Day of the Dead were especially morbid looking because it was set years after they had taken over the earth and many of them were severely decayed due to time and exposure to the elements. So the fact that her face was hidden by cloth paints a particularly disturbing picture in my mind of how scary she must have looked. Maybe other people here feel the same?
