Cellphone Ringtone - Specialized or Generic

Specialized for me...I currently use Vegeta knows his Son - Theme I tend to get bored with them though and change them after every so many months. My biggest problem is relating them to work and dreading the hell out of my ringtone. One of them made me want to throw it through the wall everytime the phone rang I hated it so much. I don't remember which song that was but yeah bad day at work not to mention not ending once I got home and had to go back in because the phone rang.

Vibrate usually. Every once in a while I'll set it to the Ghostbusters theme song when i'm not working.

Nowadays I use the very standard ringtone that comes with the iPhone. Same with the text. But I do customize from time to time. With my last phone I had David Bowie songs for my alarm tones. Don't know why. I also had this recently:

I have Vringo on my phone, which instead of just a ring tone allows me to have video play when people call me. So This is my ringtone/ringvideo And my actual callers number (The thing people hear when they call me is) More specifically the chorus " Yes, a lap dance is so much better when the stripper is cryin' Yes, a lap dance is so much better when the stripper is cryin' Well I find it's quite a thrill When she grinds me against her will Yes a lap dance is so much better when the stripper is cryin'" Which is lovely when my first sergeant calls me.

I have the good bit in Gary Numan - Music for Chameleons. The bit in Alan Partridge where he does the air Guitar. Also have the MJ hee-hee for messages. Previous tones are the Crank wind down ringtone and the Conan the Barbarian Theme tune.

When I had my previous cell phone, I programmed it so when Dj called, Pete from Shaun would scream "HE'S NOT MY FRIEND HE'S A FUCKING IDIOT!" Of course, he promptly swiped that ringtone for his phone and did the same to me. That being said, ask him about the story of that ringtone going off in the middle of one of his meetings at work. Right now, my text ringtone is "One thing about living in Santa Carla I never could stomach.... all the damn vampires" from Lost Boys, and my regular ringtone switches between 'Who Can It Be Now?' by Men at Work or a custom GLaDOS ringtone that says, "You are receiving a telephone call. For the convenience of those around you, please acknowledge it. Failure to recieve this call in time will result in an unsatisfactory mark on your test report, followed by death. You aren't going to pick it up. How rude. Your parents would be ashamed of you. I'm ashamed of you, and I don't even know you. No wonder nobody likes you. My ringtone is currently the end credits track from Sonic 3. Before that it was the Suspiria themetune ... I've got a few other things on there that I can switch to as and when, such as "Hold Tight" (as heard in Death Proof), and "No-One Lives Forever" (as heard in TCM2). Can't stand generic ringtones. I remember I used to wake myself up for a summer job a number of years ago and the jingle became the bane of my existence. 5:50am and the damned thing would go off and it was just torture. It was like the Ludovico technique or some such shit.
