'War' - Bit of a let down really...

...all a bit too MTV video'esque with a bit of a weak script/story...

Shame cos Jet Li and Jason Statham being in it really gave me some high hopes...

I agree, it was pretty bad. It is truly amazing how bad Jet Li movies have become since he moved to the USA.

    Unleashed was at least watchable.

His best films since coming stateside are Fearless and Hero (which was a Chinese production). ironically, both of those films are similar subject material to his good ol' days (OUATIC series, Fong Sai Yuk 1 and 2, Kung Fu Cult Master and Fist of Legend).

I haven't seen his new film with Jackie Chan Forbidden Kingdom or Warlords, but both look like they could be decent.

Don't know what you're talking about, even after an IMDB search!

Why the hell is it listed under "Danny the Dog" in IMDB? That's random as hell. Anyways, that's the movie, watch and enjoy Neil.

I have it downloaded but its one of those films I feel Ill end up watching when Im bored with a couple of mates got avp2 in the exact same category. My reasoning for this was: Jet li fighting jason statham? Cant be that bad. It will have to wait as I downloaded Samurai showdown but its from a famous manga. Any fans know of this one? Its about a samurai with his son fighting off enimies? The kid has a special carriage..something about a wolf? wolf and cub?
    Why arent you laughing?
