Very Cool Cover of the Bee Gee's Staying Alive

This version would make an awesome montage song for any film.

aside from his accent, it is a very cool cover of this classic song. I have always been a big fan of this song, Saturday Night Fever, and the Bee Gee's. Any musicican who takes enough care to make a decent cover version of the song gets my respect and this was a very decent cover of the song.

My favorite verse in the song...

Well now, I get low and I get High, and when I can't get either, I really try
with the wings of heaven on my shoes, I'm dancing man, and I just can't lose
you know its alight, its ok, I'll live to see another day
We can try, to understand, the New York times effect on man.

i think it is a cool cover too. forgot to mention that in my 1st reply.

this song should open a sequel to day. bub could be strolling down the street in john travolta's polyesters to this song.

That's a pretty cool cover. I would like to hear it with a full band and all.

The only think I don't like about it is when he says "staying alive" in the chorus. Something about the way he says it doesn't rub right with me.

I smell a "favorite song covers" thread coming....

    Pretty damn cool.

How can anyone hate the Bee Gee's? They have made many contributions to the world of Music and to this day "Staying Alive" is considered "THE" Club anthem. I can't believe its been 30 years since this song came out and I still love it to this day.
