    In a florida Hospital. he was 84

    Unhappy RIP Leslie Nielsen

    Died from pneumonia at the age of 84. Sad day. I grew up on his movies so I'm pretty bummed.

    I think I worded that a bit incorrectly. Let me try that again: I haven't seen every flick he's been in, but all the ones I've seen I liked him in it. The movies themselves might leave something to be desired, but I dug Neilsen himself.

    Irvin Kershner also passed away today. He was 87.

    Why couldn't it have been George Lucas? Kirshner is the true king of Star Wars.

    And he also directed Robo Cop 2... Saved one Franchise and destroyed another. seems they both (Ker and Lucas) have a lot in common.
