If you could change ONE (or two) thing(s) about Dawn '04

What would it be? I myself would have a hard time choosing between the slow as mollasses zombies and bringing the bikers back. In the case of the latter, I'd probably have to put them on armored buses and RV's instead of bikes and vans though, what with the trackstar zombies and all. What would you do?

I would've changed the speed of the zombies to reflect their level of decomposition. I can buy the premise of new zombies running and moving like Olympic sprinters. But its abit harder to accept such a premise once their musculature has begun to decay. I would also ramp up the flesheating to the same level that they had in the original Dawn.

for sure i would not have the zombies running and screaming like escaped loonatics! not so much because i like the slower zombies,but because they moved so fast you had very little interaction scenes where humans and zombies side by side! i found those scenes to be the most suspensefull in dawn 78'

LOL I never though of that at all. I'd make the zombies not scream...I can buy the running, but the fact that they screamed like...I can't even describe it really...like....little mongooses getting beatin in the sack by a golf club with molassis on the head by a man named bruno puntz jones...get rid of that and I'd be fine.

Limit the ammount of posts asking how or what you personally would change IF you just happened to wake up in a parallel universe and found yourself in the directors chair for DOTD 2K4, to zero per person. 2. Shoot anyone found reposting the exact same question two years later. 3. Cunningly edit that post to ask "What would you change if you had been born in thailand with both ladys bits and man bits?" ... or something equally as pointless.

well, hmmm, i'll try something other than the obvious 1- more story depth, as in, show what Michael, Andre, & Luda went thru before they met up with Kenneth & Ana don't wait til the bleeping street is filled full with zombies before you decide you need to get to Andy's artillery, the choice to get him should have been made at an earlier point how did the 3 zombies in the mall when they 1st got there become zombies? did the overflow from Hell leak out of Metropolis? 2-remove the zombie baby maybe, no matter how good the idea was,even tho dead-alive sorta did it first, do you really want to see someone put a gun to a baby's head & pull the trigger? or change who survives, as in, let CJ live, let the dumb chick who went after the dog get devoured, for going after the damn dog, etc. i'll think of more i'm sure

It's hard to say what all I would change about Dawn2004..ALOT! There was alot of posts on this thread I would agree I would change. 1. The baby scene 2.Them going to island and there being all those zombies..I would have been better prepared to go there. 3. Not killed off Andy ..the guys name escapes me the one at the dock that shoots himself after they set sail.Michael? whatever him not to die. I would have added more people in the mix and have more action with the zombies too. 4. THis list could go on and on and on I just expected better of this movie than what we got! Too bad we all dont have the money to do our own movie!!
