    hmmm, two mins of people clapping at george....great to see their reaction but I was hoping for a speech!!! George looks well anyway, can't wait to see his latest film

    Very impressive. The dude is a freakin' rock star yet it doesn't seem to faze him at all. He doesn't look caught up in his celebrity. I don't think he's ever cared about how big a star he was. Very cool.

    Even if "Survival of the Dead" was the worst film in Romero's career, he deserves the ovation. Particularly in a place like the Venice Film Festival. It was about time!
