If anyone on this board went to Monster Mania and would like to write a review of it for www.FromDuskTillCon.com, please contact me as soon as possible.

Heard it was a great time and that the Buseys had alot of attention.

I did and here's a quick review: overcrowded, poorly-laid out vendors area, non-existent support from organizers and staff that primarily spent the weekend screaming at people not to take photos of certain guests.

Ran into one big name celeb in the elevator. If anyone had told me he was a homeless person off the street, I would have believed it.

I won't be doing another MM in the near or distant future.

At least it wasn't as silly looking as this, was it?
I'd be happy to go to any of it, just to get a chance to cover myself in gore.

It was actually much more silly and even a bit disgusting due to the multitude of overweight, wardrobe-challenged individuals. Apparently, the most popular convention costume these days is the "Two Pounds of Baloney in a One-Pound Bag" imitation. At least the dead have an excuse for not bathing.
