Exterminate! Yeah there are 100 plus black and white episodes of Dr. Who that are MIA, no copies exist in the BBC archives. Guess they are hoping either collectors or some tv stations might still have a copy hanging around. Getting a dalek is a great incentive to motivate people to contribute.
