    Zombi 2 (Zombie) Music

The one thing that bugs me about Zombi 2 is the music. I like it and all, but why do they only seem to have two tracks? All they seem to have is those voodoo drums and the theme that sounds like "Song Song Blue"

First, it's "Song Sung Blue" by Neil Diamond, the greatest musical genius of the 1970s. Second, I have no idea why, other than some films only ever seem to use one or two songs over and over. Examples: Four for the Apocalypse (Fulci's western), Keoma, Mannaja: A Man Called Blade, and a little film I was an executive producer on that helped launch my career as a filmmaker, Back From Hell.

Mmm, don't think so man. Totally debatable.

Hee, hee! Maybe not, but damn, I do enjoy crankin' up the Neil Diamond more than just about anything these days. It just makes me feel good, ya know? And who can resist all those classic hits like Sweet Caroline and Cracklin' Rosie? His songs are all about gettin' laid, man--groovy 70s style! What's not to love?

Now The Carpenters I can dig. Demis Roussos had a couple of club classics way back in the day too.
