No, the Atari game that came out last year for the Xbox and P$2. A fantastic story that not only puts you in the shoes of a demented serial killer but also the cops that are tailing him. It is a very classy experience and I recommend you track it down. One snag, the explicit sex scenes in this game are heavily censored in the US.

I would like to add Condemed: Criminal Origins and F.E.A.R (The expansion is pretty good as well).

Related: Here is Gamespy's Scariest Moments in gaming I read yesterday.

Edit: Oh, and Shadowman, remember that game?

Edit:Edit: Just remembered a couple old games:

Night Breed: Was out on the amiga, scared me when you had to tap the buttons to run away from some monster. (The last screenshot in the link, looks quite pitiful now)

Phantasmagoria 2: Puzzle of Flesh: Played on the amiga (I think) which was a kind of detective point & click thing but very wierd.

Space Hulk: PC game, like the aliens game you see in the clip.

Nobody mentioned Clock Tower. I remember that game being pretty creepy when the mad doctor would come out of nowhere with his huge hedge clippers and try to cut your head off.

As creepy as Clock Tower was, I thought it was a lame gaming experience. Sorry fellas.
