i could still use it t'uther day, ive never needed to but its thee in the advanced post editing option at the top for me.

You do realise that you dont have permission to delete threads? so if you create a new thread and then try to delete the first post you will still get the no permission message. Aside from that, it could possibly a problem with the usergroup permission set, ive refreshed your group table, which should sort out any problems. Let me know if it continues.

No need to, it's back. Seems like that refresher thing was what the doctor ordered.
