Wii wireless sucks !

And on top of that you cant use any usb ethernet device. Is it me or is th wireless realy slow?

I don't have any problems with my Wii wireless and they do actually have a USB ethernet adaptor that works and here is a link to the page that tells you which one works http://www.wii-volution.com/news/wii...r-for-wii.html

when my friend brought his round it couldnt connect wirelessly to my router/modem, but its a cheap piece of **** speedtouch one, his ntl modem at home gets wireless just fine.

Did he set it up to connect? The Wii's do not auto connect, you have to go into the wireless settings menu to set it up.

i just find for the size of the files it take to long considering i have a big fat pipe running to my router.

I use a USB hotpoint and my connection is 5.4Mbps, plenty fast enough to download a 1 or 2 MB game with the quickness. It takes about 2 seconds to get a youtube video to pop up.

No problems here. I've got a 10mb Virgin/NTL connection (soon to be 50mb) with a 54mb wireless router (upgradable to 108mb). Speed is as fast as a wired connection.
