360 price drop?

Anybody know when the price is dropping for XBOX 360? Know how much it's going to cost after that? I still don't own one . If the price drop isn't until 2007 and isn't even that much of a drop, I'm gonna get one as soon as I have enough money. Damn bills keep me from getting it.

i haven't heard anything about a drip drop thus far. and i really wouldn't expect to see one untill this time next year. with the P$3 comming out at $500-600, Microsoft would be kinda daft to make their $400 system cheaper. if you end up buying one i highly reccomend the $400 combo package. it is absolutely worth it.

there are 3 options really. 1- u can buy one online with a vendor coupon which will run you about 340 for a premium 2- buy the new pgr3 canadian bundle, which you get more for your money. 3- wait for the new 360 chip revision. which they will start in jan 07. this aint really cash saving option, but less headache in my books.

nah it doesn't make sense for Ms to drop the price yet. the 360 as a combo pack still sells for $100-200, below what the P$3 will launch at, so there'snot competitive need to undercut sony. if anything, MS might drop a 360 combo with the hard drive and the HD dvd player for $400-500. in november or december. it would be cunning if they did.
