I actually somewhat agree with that. It also causes me to facepalm when I hear porn stars talk about "empowerment". If you want a lazy and demeaning source of income, by all means partake in porn, if you want empowerment, go back to college and learn something.

I don't see what's "degrading" about porn at all - if people want to fuck in front of a camera for money, why not let them? Doesn't mean people have to watch it if they don't want to. I think it also depends on which flicks you watch. I've seen some very well done, classy porn flicks in my time. I've also seen some of the drug-addled "trash" porn too - which I don't care for, but it's there for the people who do want to see it. I can say this - I think most of these films have become too "hardcore" - y'know, with the choking, spitting and all that shit - that is annoying to me. But I've seen many a skin flick where both actors seem to be enjoying themselves and having a good time. Nothing wrong with that. I wish I could get paid to get laid!
