Security Lids at the Liquor Store?

Went to buy a bottle of vodka today, the bottle had a weird looking black plastic cap on it. Turns out it's an anti-theft device, removed at the cash register. Know these things have been common on electronic goods, clothes, and music CD's for years. First time I've ever seen them on booze.

We have those here, too. funny thing........they are easily removed....I proved that to a manager at the local Hy-Vee.....didn't steal anything, just showed him how it could be done.
