    Just saw this on You Tube and it had me pissing myself with laughter.

    That's what happens when you get all cocky at the finish.

    I like the bit at the end where he lashes out at his car and chucks his helmet at it. Like he's saying "Damn you, car! It's all your fault, almost getting me to the finish line before I started to congratulate myself. Stupid car!"
