PIL have reformed

Public Image Limited have reformed with a tasty little line-up, lemme tell you. John Lydon - vocals Keith Levene - guitar Allan Dias - bass Martin Atkins - drums Only one away from the original line-up, I believe. I was playing our song Death Disco a lot after my dad died and that got me thinking about it. Then all the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle just fell together. The guys were up for it - minus Jah Wobble - and it felt like the right time. PIL are playing Birmingham (Dec 15th), Leeds (16th), Glasgow (18th), Manchester (19th) and London's Brixton motherfucking Academy (21st). My pants are soaked.

Sweet. If anybody has not gone and seen PIL if u get the chance u really should. I saw them a long long time ago in the 80s and if I get a chance to see the new show I will.

While the dates are confirmed, a friend of mine (who I can't name) called Keith Levene last night and he said that he is NOT going to be in the reformation.

Wish I lived in England right about now... either way (whether the band re-forms or not).

More necromancy. Finally caught PIL at Brixton on the 21st and it was a fucking good show. Gig of the year easily. This Is What You Want... This Is What You Get Didn't play that one unfortunately but it was a classic setlist regardless. For those who care, I've listed the songs below.
