    man attemtpts to re-enact "the terminator" and dies...

    well not really but that is the first thing i thought of when i read this story.

    a man in Mt. Orab, OH was arrested for DUI. about an hour after he was released to his wife, he returned to the police station and attempted to "ambush" the two cops on night duty. one of the cops was wounded (lucky for him he was wearing a bullet proof vest). the other cop returned fire and the would be arnold was killed.

    since Mt. Orab is a village (only about 2,500 folks) the state police have taken over the investigation into this rather strange incident.

    Just think if they hadn't released him and instead kept him in jail and let him sleep the alcohol off this could have been avoided.
