    Heroes: Reborn (TV series)

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/26321430

The hit TV programme began in 2006 but was cancelled after four seasons.

The new show will comprise of 13 episodes and will be called Heroes: Reborn.

The original series was about a group of individuals from around the world who discover they have superhuman powers and helped to launch the career of Hayden Panettiere.
I remember really enjoying the first couple of series, but then getting very bored of it...
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. Agree. Also, I'd been watching a less flashy series on USA Net called The 4400 ( where 4400 hundred people were abducted over decades, and given superhuman talents. ). I liked that one more than Heroes because it was not comic-book but rather straight up Science Fiction. The last season was a bit rocky, episode-wise, but the punchline was pretty cool. IMHO.
