I got hit by a car. LOL....true story. I was using my weed-eater to edge out the grass against the curb(When I cut my grass....it has to be perfect. ) when all of a sudden....BAM! Luckily it was only one of their side mirrors. Still hurt like a motherf*cker, though. I've got a HUGE bruise on my arm where it hit. You should've seen their reaction ....I think they were more freaked out by it than I was. I was just glad it was only a mirror and they weren't another 12 inches closer. They kept asking me "What should we do about this?". I could tell they were scared I was going to sue them. Finally I just told them that I wouldn't do that and I think that kind of sh*t is ridiculous. I mean...hell....their mirror got broken off and a dent in the side of their car from the weed-eater.....that's punishment enough. Sh*t happens.

Agreed, all this suing stuff is retarded, we've got all these adverts here in the UK (likewise in USA I'm sure) for accident claim agencies who give you 100% of the claim (er, yeah right, I call bullsh*t), but there's things like some bloke putting up an alarm using a ladder that must have dated back to Jack The Ripper days and obviously slipped the ladder and fell. What a bleedin' moron, "supplied with the wrong ladder"?!!? Damnit that's lame, use some common sense and demand a real ladder!

I went to a party that a girl from work had it was a pretty wild affair lots of booze and whatever then i worked and had to deal with people who are the scum of the earth i cant stand gamblers they shove their whole pay into a slot machine and then bitch about waiting in line to get a free comp item got to throw a few people out security in this place moves fast and they are all armed you call them and they come out of nowhere and watched a guy get hit by a bus in the parking lot too but the party was cool

I ended up seeing the fratellis again on sat night!there was a a free gig on scarborough beach & they were headlining,& what a show!even better than when i saw them in middlesborough a few weeks ago!(their a scottish band by the way you americans,not the dogpants US band using the same name) Albums out in a few weeks,they will be big i reckon!
